- Press and media. Bio, headshots, charts and citation terms are on the press kit. Anything else, email.
- Data and corrections. If you think a number on this site is wrong, send it. Corrections get published.

We do not sell property, broker transactions, take commission from any seller, developer or agent, or hold client funds. Nothing we publish is financial, legal or tax advice.
What we do not do
No phone support and no live chat with a human. One person runs this, and email is the only channel that gets a considered answer rather than a fast one. There is a booking link on the site if you want to talk to Stan directly on a call.
