What to email about
- Orders and delivery. A file that did not arrive, a download link that expired, or a receipt you need. Include the email address you used at checkout.
- Refunds. See the refund policy. For the instant-download guides you do not need to give a reason.
- Commissioned research. Questions about a Property Review or a Custom Investment Report, before or after you buy.
- Press and media. Bio, headshots, charts and citation terms are on the press kit. Anything else, email.
- Data and corrections. If you think a number on this site is wrong, send it. Corrections get published.

We do not sell property, broker transactions, take commission from any seller, developer or agent, or hold client funds. Nothing we publish is financial, legal or tax advice.
What we do not do
No phone support and no live chat. Stan answers every email himself, and email is the channel that gets a considered answer rather than a fast one. There is a booking link on the site if you want to talk to Stan directly on a call.
