Who we are

Brinkman Data Analytics ("Brinkman Data", "we") operates stanbrinkman.com and the associated social media accounts. Contact for anything in this policy: stan@stanbrinkman.com.

What we collect

Lead forms. When you request a free resource through a form on this site, we collect the name and email address you enter. They are stored in a private spreadsheet and in our email service, MailerLite, and used to send you the resource you asked for and occasional related research. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Social messaging. If you comment a keyword (for example GOLD or MAP) on one of our Instagram or Facebook posts, or message our pages, we process your public comment, username and message thread through Meta's official APIs and approved automation tools in order to reply and send you the resource you requested by direct message. To reply and follow up, we keep the message threads and comments involved (your username, what was said and when, and what we sent), stored on our own systems. Some replies are written with the help of an AI model provided by Anthropic, which receives the messages needed to draft them. We do not use this data for anything other than answering you.

Site chat. The chat assistant on this site answers with an AI model run by Cloudflare (Workers AI). The conversation is stored in a private spreadsheet, without your IP address, so we can see what visitors ask and improve the answers.

Calls. Free calls are booked through Calendly, which receives the name, email address and any answers you give when booking.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads) to measure traffic and ad performance. The order confirmation page also loads the Reddit pixel. These set cookies and collect usage data under their own policies.

Purchases. Card payments are processed by Stripe. A few older product links still complete through Gumroad; where they do, Gumroad is the merchant of record for that purchase, under Gumroad's privacy policy. In neither case do we collect, store, or have access to your card or banking details.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the processors named above. We do not send unsolicited direct messages: automated DMs are only sent when you explicitly request a resource by keyword or message us first, and any later message is part of a conversation you started.

Data deletion

Message data is deleted within 12 months of the last contact, sooner on request.

Email stan@stanbrinkman.com from the address (or with the social handle) in question and we will delete the associated data within 30 days. For data held by Meta, Google, Microsoft, Reddit, Stripe, Gumroad, MailerLite, Calendly, Cloudflare or Anthropic, their own deletion processes also apply.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
